Patch for new Picport Mono/Stereo under old Software

Patch for new or repaired PicPort-Mono/Stereo boards which
are running under old Daisy or LV-SDS software

If your LV-SDS or DAISY-Revision is older than 1.85 you must copy
the file lvlcxppx.dat into the BIN\ -directory (where DAISY or LV-SDS
is searching for its libraries).

A recompilation of your application is not needed !
