PicPort COlor revision 9512.6 and 9512.7 can be update with a new firmware FW3.

Depending on PC mainboard and jumper setting on PicPort Color, 
the SW may hang in certain DRAL applications. 
FW3 fixes this bug, what means DRAL will work independent of the jumper setting.
